Discretion is the first commitment we make to every client. This notice explains, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, how The Montreval Office Limited handles personal information.
What we collect
- From enquiries: the name, contact number and email you choose to share with the office.
- From bookings: the location, date, duration and any preferences relevant to the booking.
- From this website: nothing automated. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or third-party tracking cookies.
How we store it
Booking information is stored on encrypted, UK / EU-hosted infrastructure. Access is limited to the concierge team. We do not share, sell or rent client information under any circumstances.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for 12 months from last contact, then deleted. Confirmed booking records are kept for 24 months for the purpose of recognising returning clients, then deleted unless you have asked us to retain a longer record.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may at any time ask the office to provide a copy of, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Contact the office at themontrevalofficelimited@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. No cookie banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.
